Delivery Within Accra

The Value Haven offers same-day delivery to addresses within Accra. Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time will be prioritized for same-day dispatch.

 

Delivery Outside Accra — Bus Station Drop-off

For customers located outside Accra, we work with established inter-city bus services to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Our process is as follows:

●       We deliver your order to a designated bus station in Accra — including stations served by VIP and VVIP, among others.

●       The bus service will then schedule and handle onward delivery from the station to your destination.

Same-day delivery to the bus station is guaranteed for all orders placed before 4:00 PM (14:00 hrs).

●       Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched to the bus station the following business day.

●       Onward delivery times beyond the bus station are determined by the bus service and are outside our control. We recommend confirming expected arrival with the bus service directly.

We are not responsible for delays that occur after the order has been handed over to the bus service.
